SERVICES
The “Grupo Provincial Autónomo de Servicio Público de Mercancías de Albacete”, develops a series of services to its associates divided in different areas or departments of action.
Member services
Management and Communication Service
Through this service, a communication plan is developed to inform members of the different actions that are being developed, as well as future projects. All this information is currently prepared by means of mailing and personalised attention.
Tax Service
The Tax Department advises the businessman on different issues, as well as everything related to the settlement of taxes, income tax returns, preparation of official forms, etc.
Transport Service
The Transport Group handles all matters relating to the renewal of visas, transfers and vehicle registration.
Community licenses, bilateral permits, third country driver certificates.
Labour and Accounting Service
This service provides business advice, preparation of financial statements, accounting books. Drawing up contracts and social security. Processing of Social Security registrations and deregistrations, collective bargaining agreements, representation before the Labour Inspectorate, etc.
Training Service
Agreement with training center for obtaining and renewing CAP courses, driving license, ADR.
Insurance Service
Mediation of all types of insurance (vehicles, home, accidents, health, life, investment,…) facilitating the carrier the relationship with its insurer. This entity has been a pioneer in the creation of the “Assistance Fund” (an all risks insurance).
Other Services
Other actions include collaboration agreements with different financial institutions, fuel companies, specialised press, health agreements.
